Pelvic floor health is private. PelvicWise is built so that we never see your workout data at all. This policy covers PelvicWise on iPhone, Apple Watch, and Android, and it is short because there is almost nothing to disclose.
We collect nothing about your workouts, your health, or you. PelvicWise has no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no analytics or advertising SDKs. Your sessions, streaks, reminders, and program progress never reach any server of ours.
If you choose to redeem a partner code for free Pro access, the app sends our server exactly four things: the code you typed, the app name, a random install identifier created by the app, and your device's country setting. The install identifier is a random value that is not linked to your name, email, advertising ID, or any other identity, and it exists only so the same device can redeem the same code again (for example after reinstalling) without using up another slot. We keep a record of the redemption to enforce each code's limit and to count redemptions per partner. Nothing else is sent, and nothing is sent at all unless you redeem a code.
On Android, the app contains no analytics or advertising SDKs. It does contain Google Play's billing library, which Google Play requires for in-app purchases. That library lets Google Play process and restore your purchases, and it also sends Google technical diagnostics about those purchase connections, such as whether a request to Google Play succeeded, so that Google can keep its billing service working. Google handles this under Google's own privacy policy, and it never includes your sessions, progress, or anything else you do in PelvicWise.
Everything you do in PelvicWise (your sessions, streaks, reminders, and program progress) is stored on your device. On iPhone, if iCloud is available, your data is also stored in your personal, private iCloud database, encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple. On Android, your data stays on the phone, and if Android backup is turned on it is included in your own Google account backup, encrypted by Google. The partner-code install identifier is never copied to a different phone. We have no access to any of it.
On iPhone, if you turn on Health logging (off by default), PelvicWise saves your completed session minutes to Apple Health as mindful minutes, on your device. Health data is never transmitted to us. The Android app does not connect to any health platform.
Sessions run on Apple Watch sync directly between your watch and your iPhone using Apple's device-to-device channel. Nothing passes through any server of ours. There is no Wear OS app.
On iPhone, all purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through your App Store account, and you can cancel anytime in iOS Settings. On Android, they are processed entirely by Google Play, and you can cancel anytime in the Play Store's subscription settings. We receive no payment details on either platform.
You can export your full session history as CSV at any time from Settings, and erase everything by deleting the app (on iPhone, also remove PelvicWise data from iCloud in iOS Settings). To request deletion of a partner-code redemption record, email info@bdsalesinc.ca.
PelvicWise is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
